general rules:

1.0 - all payments will be done via paypal invoices in USD;

1.1 - payment must be upfront 100%;

1.3 - I do not permit my artworks and designs to be used for any activities involved in NFTs and AI.

1.4 - Do not use my artwork or designs in manners related to but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia etc.

1.5 - Edits to my original work are only permitted by the current owner of the design/art piece. Any edits must be clearly noted and recorded to distinguish from the original work.

deadlines and delivery:

2.0 - my turn around time can varies depending the drawing type and your position on waitlist;

2.1 - dead line are avarage 1-5 weeks from the start of your order. If work duration is predicted to be over 1-5 weeks, I will notify the commissioner before proceeding.

2.2 - privacy fee is 15% of total cost for complete privacy of your commission (including WIPs) from being posted on any of my social media. Specifications can be discussed further.

2.3 - Completed illustrations will be delivered digitally via the agreed-upon method (email, file sharing platform, etc.) within the specified deadline or earlier whenever possible.

Revisions:

3.0 - skeb style commissions has not revisions included;

3.1 - regular commissions has 2 free revisions during sketch fase and 1 after lineart

3.2 - After the drawing is completed it will not be possible to change items or pose of the drawing (only colors)

3.3 - more changes than allowed will be charged extra.

3.4 - minimal changes: colors, delete some item or add something minimal will be charged $5 to your commission

3.5 - Considerate Changes: add detailed item, change details in hair/clothes will be charged $10+ depending complexity of change

3.6 - In case I make a mistake, this rule doesn't apply, in which please do let me know.

refunds:

4.0 - Refunds are not available once the illustration has progressed beyond the sketch or has been delivered.

4.1 - total Refund: A total refund will be provided if there has been no progress or delivery of the drawing within a 4-months period.

terms of use:

5.0 - If you intend to use the art for profile icon, post on social media, as a gift to friends, a banner on social network or use to transform into personal items, it will fit in the "PERSONAL USE" section. has no fee for "personal use".

5.1 - If you intend to use the art for opening for lives, art for self-promotion in videos, album covers, comics or novels, layouts, it will fit in the "PROMOTIONAL USE" section. +30% of value for "promotional use".

5.2 - If you intend to use the artwork for physical merchandise: dakimakura, clothing, accessories, posters, etc., it will fit in the "COMMERCIAL USE" section. +75% of value for "commercial use".

rush fees:

6.0 - Priority: +$45 ( Your commission request will be completed after any current commission that are in progress. )

6.1 - top priority: +$100 (Only available if no one else has already claimed it in the current period. your commission request will be completed above all other requests.)
